TrojanFind is a centralized, community-powered lost and found platform designed specifically for the USC campus.
Every day, hundreds of items—from keys and ID cards to laptops and water bottles—are lost and found across campus. The current system is fragmented and inefficient with no central way to check.
TrojanFind solves this by allowing any member of the community to instantly post an item they've found. The user simply takes a photo, adds a brief description, and pins the location where they found it (or where they're dropping it off, like a library front desk). Someone who has lost an item can then use the intuitive, map-based interface to search for it by category, location, and date. The platform acts as a digital bridge, connecting finders and losers in real-time and dramatically increasing the chances of recovering lost property.
Primary Audience: USC students; the largest population on campus
Secondary Audience: USC faculty and staff; key participants in finding and reporting lost items
